Cancellation Policy

We offer a simple and transparent order cancellation process for our customers.

🕐 Cancellation Window

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

✅ How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation:

3. Provide your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

We will confirm the cancellation via email/WhatsApp once it is processed.

💸 Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

❗ Important Notes

• Cancellation requests after shipment will not be accepted.
• Nutzys reserves the right to cancel orders in rare cases such as:
• Product unavailability
• Payment verification failure
• Incomplete or incorrect shipping details
• Suspected fraudulent transactions

In such cases, the full amount (if paid) will be refunded to the customer.
