You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, expired, or leaked at the time of delivery.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product was not as described on our website.

  • Return requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order.
  • After 2 days, we will not accept return requests.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • The product must be in resalable condition (unless damaged on arrival).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation).

  3. Mention your Order ID, issue details, and include clear photographs (if applicable).

Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address (subject to service availability).


❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened, used, or tampered packages.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
  • Items purchased during sale, combo deals, or with free gifts unless defective.

🚚 Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/expired item), we will bear the shipping cost.
  • In other cases (change of mind, dislike of taste), customer will bear the shipping cost.
