Snow Mountain Garlic, also known as Kashmiri Garlic or Ek Pothi Lahsun, is a rare and highly potent Himalayan variety sourced from the high-altitude regions of Jammu & Kashmir. स्नो माउंटेन गार्लिक, जिसे कश्मीरी लहसुन या एक पोथी लहसुन भी कहा जाता है, जम्मू–कश्मीर के ऊँचाई वाले हिमालयी क्षेत्रों में उगने वाली एक दुर्लभ और अत्यंत शक्तिशाली किस्म है। शुद्ध पहाड़ी मिट्टी और कठोर जलवायु में उगने के कारण इसमें सामान्य लहसुन की तुलना में कहीं अधिक एलिसिन और औषधीय गुण पाए जाते हैं। प्रायः एक ही कली (पोथी) में मिलने वाला यह लहसुन सर्दी-खाँसी, संक्रमण, फेफड़ों के स्वास्थ्य और रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता के लिए आयुर्वेद में अत्यंत लाभकारी माना जाता है तथा परंपरागत रूप से सुबह पानी के साथ सेवन किया जाता है।
