Kashmiri Walnuts (Nutzys) – 1 cup (lightly toasted)

Fresh Curd (yogurt) – 1 cup

Green Chilies – 1–2 (as per taste)

Garlic cloves – 2

Fresh Mint Leaves – a handful

Cumin seeds – ½ tsp

Water – as needed (for consistency)

Soak walnuts in warm water for 10 minutes and drain.

In a grinder, add walnuts, green chilies, mint, garlic, cumin, and salt.
