  • Kashmiri Walnuts (Nutzys) – 1 cup (lightly toasted)

  • Fresh Curd (yogurt) – 1 cup

  • Green Chilies – 1–2 (as per taste)

  • Garlic cloves – 2

  • Fresh Mint Leaves – a handful

  • Salt – to taste

  • Cumin seeds – ½ tsp

  • Water – as needed (for consistency)

  1. Soak walnuts in warm water for 10 minutes and drain.

  2. In a grinder, add walnuts, green chilies, mint, garlic, cumin, and salt.

  3. Blend into a coarse or smooth paste as per preference.

  4. Add curd and mix well. Adjust water for your desired consistency.

  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature with Kashmiri rice, roti, or as a dip for snacks.
